Full red. Sexy aromas of blackberry, bitter cherry, raspberry, lead pencil, Valrhona chocolate and exotic oak, all lifted by an enticing floral element. Penetrating and juicy if a bit hard-edged, with oak-driven flavors of espresso and sandalwood. Still quite tight, even a bit tough, on the end, and in need of three or four years of bottle aging.
